CPO Roundtable is a high-level and powerful per-based forum that caters to a small group of committed, like-minded and progressive Human Resource Executives. Governed by Chatham House Rule and a ‘safe environment’, Members openly share ideas and experiences in detail which greatly assists each participant to accelerate growth & innovation in their own organisations.
In order to be an effective commercial business player, Human Resource Directors need to constantly provide strategic and commercial value to their Executive Leadership Team and in some cases their Board.
The key question is how can one most effectively align their people and organisation strategy to deliver against the business goals and provide real ‘pressure tested’ business solutions? CPO Roundtable is a confidential forum to discuss and share ideas on such issues and challenges.
You’re fully aware that there are a number of different learning methods and formats such as vendor-sponsored HR networking events, HR conferences, HR leadership training, HR executive courses, an executive coach or mentor and an MBA.
How is CPO Roundtable different? Each Roundtable is made up of a small number of non-competing and like-minded HRDs running similar size organisations.
