"Senior HR leaders must continuously develop their skills and knowledge to effectively lead and adapt to the evolving HR landscape. In addition to being the HR expert, the modern HR leader also needs to be a visionary change leader and a strategic business executive. The criteria for Membership eligibility is to occupy a Senior HR Leadership role, working one level below the Chief People Officer, in a medium to large organisation. Senior HR Roundtable will support you in your professional development and allow you to recharge your thinking with new approaches, fresh perspectives and forward planning. Senior HR Roundtable is also an excellent program to help build your professional network at the right level, which isn’t always easy and yet critical for job and career progression."

Pitched at the Senior HR Leader.

To be an effective commercial business player, a Senior HR Leader needs to constantly provide strategic and commercial value to their Chief People Officer, to the Executive team and, in some cases, the Board.

This Roundtable program creates a ‘safe space’ for Members to discuss and share how to most effectively provide real ‘pressure tested’ business solutions to address operational issues and network for knowledge, as well as support their CPO.

For Senior HR Leaders, professional development and networking with a like-minded cohort is critical for job and career progression.

Overview

Pitched at the Senior HR Leader. For many Senior People Executives, the function continues to broaden in scope, necessitating the modern HR Senior Executive to enhance their leadership and management abilities.

This Roundtable offers fresh perspectives, new ideas, and solutions to the most pressing business issues and concerns, during regular group meetings.

Senior HR Roundtable is a high-calibre cohort of like-minded and experienced HR leaders who share a growth mindset. Collectively, they raise the bar on what excellence looks like for a contemporary HR Manager.

For many Senior Executives, the job function continues to expand in scope, requiring the modern business leader to strengthen their management capabilities in areas such as regulation, globalization, embracing technology, risk management, strategy setting, reporting, transformation, financial concepts, stakeholder management, and managing talent and capability.

Senior HR Roundtable recognises the importance of executive development for career growth and business performance beyond the multiple formats of executive development programs such as working with an executive coach or mentor, the traditional MBA, vendor-sponsored networking events, executive training courses, and informal opportunities meet-ups.

Our unique value is that we take a cutting-edge approach to executive development by curating a dedicated and connected Roundtable that meets on a semi-regular basis to share real-world experiences, new ideas, and wisdom to efficiently enhance their leadership, strategic focus, and positive impact on their organisation.

We don’t permit vendors to pitch or market to our Members; instead, we prioritise providing a valuable experience for them.
